The Nike Air Penny 2 “Rosewood” is an appealing lifestyle colorway of Anfernee “Penny” Hardaway’s second signature shoe. The Air Penny 2 returned to the spotlight in 2022 on the heels of several popular collaborations, including Stussy’s various colorways of the shoe. Here, the “Rosewood” refreshes the classic basketball shoe with a white leather construction with contrasting Rosewood-colored accenting throughout. An old school “1-Cent” logo is embroidered on the lateral side of the shoe, on the tongue, and on the heel. Nike’s Zoom Air cushioning technology is embedded in the forefoot of the midsole and an Air Max unit is encapsulated within the heel. Release date: February 17, 2023
